Original Location of Rosel School of Cosmetology, 2444 W. Devon Ave in 1989
In 1989, the Rosel School of Cosmetology was officially founded in the bustling and diverse neighborhood of West Ridge, Chicago, IL. As a licensed beauty instructor and salon owner, Rosel opened the school with hopes that it would support the success of beauty professionals, as well as provide an affordable education and superb services to the community.
In 1992, the school became accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). Over the past 30+ years we have built up a reputation in the Chicagoland area for offering affordable hands-on programs taught by caring and experienced instructors. Students from all over the world have graduated from our school and have enjoyed successful careers in the beauty industry.
In 2019, the school relocated to the nearby suburb of Niles, IL, to better serve the needs of the growing community. Since then, we have expanded our offerings and grown our presence in the area. Going forward, our hope is to continue sharing our beauty knowledge and expertise with as many students as possible, and make a long lasting positive impact in their lives.

Our mission is to help every student realize their true potential. We achieve this offering an affordable education, and by providing the maximum amount of scholarships and financial aid possible, constantly monitoring each student’s progress and goals, as well as fostering a strong educational environment. Through us, students develop confidence and skills to serve clients in a variety of beauty and wellness settings. In addition, they gain the knowledge to run their own business as a beauty professional. With our effort, students reach their goals as licensed beauty professionals, and achieve what they thought was not possible.
Our state of the art facility is conveniently located in Niles, IL, at the Golf Mill Shopping Center. We welcome you to visit our school and see how you can become a future beauty professional!

We are located inside the Golf Mill Shopping Center, at the corner of Golf Road and Milwaukee Ave, in Niles, IL. Please use the AMC theater entrance and parking lot.
