Graduation Requirements 1. Completion of required hours of coursework for each course within 150% of stated timeframe of the course. 2. Passing scores on both theory and practical final exams of 85% or higher 3. Payment in full of tuition with no outstanding debts owed to the school. A diploma and transcript will be given to the student upon graduation. In addition, you will receive assistance in completing your State Board Exam application.
Fee Waivers Rosel School of Cosmetology may waive part or all remaining balance owed upon a studentís completion of the course. Each such case is assessed individually, and the determination of the amount to be waived (if any) is based on the remaining balance owed and the studentís need.
State Examination Upon completion of 1500-hours of satisfactory coursework, passing of both practical and theory final exams, and full payment of tuition, you are eligible to take the Illinois State Board Exam in Cosmetology. If you pass this exam, you will receive your Illinois Cosmetology license.
